Yalacta Ferment For Milk Kefir 2 sachets allow you to make delicious, healthy milk kefir preparations at home.
Directions for use
Toss the ferment into ½ cup of milk. Stir to obtain a homogeneous liquid. Cover the cup. Leave to stand for 15 minutes. Pour the reconstituted ferment into a glass bottle with a tight-fitting screw-top lid and add the rest of the litre of milk, a little at a time. Shake the bottle by turning it upside down for 2 minutes to homogenise the mixture. Unscrew the cap from the bottle and leave it on top. Leave to ferment at room temperature (+18/+25°C) for 24 hours. The contents of the bottle will thicken. Fermentation is complete. Shake the bottle: the kefir obtained should take the form of thick milk.
