Weleda Breastfeeding Herbal Tea Fennel Verbena Organic 20 Sachets is particularly recommended during breastfeeding. Water intake is essential for the body and lactation. Selected ingredients such as aniseed, caraway, fennel, fenugreek seeds and lemon verbena leaves give this herbal tea its mild, pleasant taste. The ingredients are passed on to your baby through breast milk, which is why Weleda uses organically grown plants. You can drink the Weleda Breastfeeding Herbal Tea throughout the breastfeeding period.

Directions for use
Place one sachet in a cup of boiling water and leave to infuse for 5 minutes. Drink 1 to 3 cups a day. Store at room temperature (15° - 25°C). If in doubt, seek advice from a lactation consultant or breastfeeding association.
