Oligobs Difficult Periods 1 15 Tablets helps to keep the menstrual period comfortable, in women and teenagers from the age of 12. It is a dietary supplement formulated with chamomile matricaria extract, ginger extract, fennel extract, magnesium, zinc, and vitamin B6.

Directions for use
3 tablets a day, i.e. 1 tablet morning, noon and evening, to be swallowed with a glass of water. Take from the 1st day of your period for 5 days.

Precautions for use
Restricted to adults and teenagers aged 12 and over. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should be used as part of a healthy lifestyle and not as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet. Keep out of reach of young children. Store in a cool, dry place.

Composition
Filling agent: microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium bisglycinate, marine magnesium oxide, chamomile extract (matricaria chamomilla l., flowers), ginger extract (zingiber officinale roscoe, rhizome), zinc sulphate, fennel extract (foeniculum vulgare mill., fruits), anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin b6).
