Descriptions
ThermHot Heating Patches Neck Back Shoulder Wrist x 4 are used to relieve tense, tired muscles or cramps by providing pleasant, well-tolerated heat for a period of approximately 8 hours. Made from a soft, pleasant-to-touch material, it has compartments containing natural elements such as iron powder, charcoal and salt, which release heat on contact with oxygen. Its contoured shape adapts to different areas of application.

Heat has many beneficial effects:
• It stimulates blood circulation: heat improves blood flow by dilating blood vessels. This results in an increase in the supply of oxygen and vital nutrients to muscle tissue cells.
• It improves the elimination of metabolic waste products: waste produced by tissues and muscles is eliminated more easily thanks to improved blood circulation.
• It relieves pain: heat reduces tension, relieves pain, relaxes and improves mobility.

Directions for use
Clean and dry the affected area thoroughly. When you are ready to use, remove the patch from its sachet. Remove the protective film. Place the strip on the painful area, ensuring that it adheres well to the skin over its entire surface. (It may take approximately 30 minutes to reach the intended temperature). Apply the patch for up to 8 hours.

Precautions for use
Seek medical advice for patients with circulatory problems, heart disease, rheumatoid arthritis or gestational diabetes. In case of direct contact (skin and eyes) with the material contained in the product, rinse thoroughly with water and consult a doctor immediately. In case of accidental ingestion, consult a doctor immediately. Do not heat the medical device in any way. Keep out of reach of children and pets. This product may cause burns. The skin on which the patch is applied should be checked to ensure there is no burning or irritation. Do not use on parts of the body that are insensitive to heat/under tight clothing/under a belt to avoid the risk of burns. Do not sleep, lie down or lean on the patch. Do not use for more than 8 hours in a 24-hour period. In patients over 55 years of age, the risk of burns increases. In this case, it is preferable to use the product on clothing and not to use it while sleeping. Be careful not to fold or overlap the patch to avoid the risk of burns. Discontinue use in case of:
- discomfort, irritation, excessive heat sensation, burning, swelling, redness or any other persistent change in the skin where the product has been applied;
- failure to resolve the problem for which the product was used.
Do not use in the following cases: combined use with creams, ointments or other heating products, damaged skin, bruises and swelling that have appeared in the last 48 hours, people who cannot remove the product themselves, including children, leakage of the patch contents and/or if the product is damaged, do not use at night. May cause burns if used incorrectly, MRI examination.
