Syntholkiné Patchs Flexibles Multi-Zones 4 Patchs are indicated for the relief of muscle pain (cramps, contractures, aches) and joint stiffness in targeted areas. Special targeted areas: shoulders, wrists, neck and lower back.

Directions for use
Carefully read the instructions on the leaflet or packaging. Open the sachet just before applying the patch. Do not cut. Contact with oxygen in the air triggers a heat reaction. Remove the protective film from the adhesive. Apply to the painful area and the patch will gradually reach its optimum temperature. Single use. The heat is diffused for 8 hours.

Precautions for use
Do not cut, tear or damage the heating patch. Do not use on children under the age of 12. Do not open the sachet until ready to use. If pain persists or worsens after 7 days, discontinue use and consult a doctor. It is not necessary to shake the patch. Do not heat the patch in an oven or microwave. Do not pierce, cut or bring into contact with liquids. The patch is for external use only. Do not use in combination with other topical medicines or other sources of heat.

Consult your doctor before using this product if:
- You are over 65 years of age.
- You have poor blood circulation (e.g. heart failure).
- You are pregnant.
- You have nerve problems (e.g. loss of sensitivity due to diabetes).
- You suffer from rheumatoid arthritis.
- You have skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis or very fragile or sensitive skin.
