Thermacare Heat Wraps 8h Multi-Zones x 3 is a patch that offers effective, targeted relief of muscle and joint pain following muscle strain, muscle strain, muscle soreness, sprain or osteoarthritis. It can be applied exactly where it hurts: mid-back, arm, calf. This patch provides up to 8 hours of constant heat for in-depth relief. It has multiple cells containing air-activating agents such as iron. Heating begins as soon as the pouch is opened, when the cells come into contact with the oxygen in the air. The heat released provides lasting pain relief. Does not contain any medicinal active ingredients.

Principle of thermotherapy
Device comprising alveoli containing components which, when in contact with the air, react with oxygen to produce heat for 8 hours. In the form of 2 horizontal sheets joined at the base with adhesive edges. For single use only.

Directions for use
Open the sachet only when ready to use. Place the adhesive side of the compress on the skin and fix firmly. For people over 55, apply the compress over clothing.

Contra-indications
Do not use with medicated ointments, lotions, creams or ointments. Do not use on damaged skin. Do not use on children under 12 years of age.

Precautions for use
Do not wear for more than 8 hours in any 24-hour period. On medical advice in cases of diabetes, circulatory disorders, heart disease, rheumatoid arthritis or pregnancy.
