Thalamag Immunity Marine Magnesium 2 x 60 Capsules helps support the immune system thanks to its iron and folate (vitamin B9) formula, which contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system. This formula is suitable for all the family from the age of 6 and is particularly suited to women whose iron and vitamin B9 requirements may increase during their lifetime.

Directions for use
Swallow with a glass of water.
- Children from the age of 6: 1 capsule a day.
- From the age of 15: 2 capsules a day in 1 dose.

Precautions for use
May be used during pregnancy and breast-feeding. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. Not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not consume if you have renal insufficiency or a known sensitivity to any of the constituents. May cause laxative effects.
