Descriptions
Syntholkiné Hot/Cold Pocket helps relieve muscular tension and stiffness or minor trauma, according to its product benefits hot (thermotherapy) or cold (cryotherapy). Easy to use, the SyntholKiné Hot/Cold Pocket is reusable. To keep it securely in place, a hook-and-loop protective cover is supplied with the pouch.

Directions for use
Hot/cold pouch instructions for use
- Hot:
1/Hot water use: immerse the pouch in boiling water for a maximum of 5mn. Remove the pouch from the water, insert it in its cover or in a cloth before applying it to the area to be treated.
2/ Microwave oven use: place the pouch in the microwave oven for a maximum of 1 minute at 650watts. Remove the pouch and insert it in its cover or in a cloth before applying it to the area to be treated.

- Cold: place the pouch without its cover for at least 2 hours in the freezer. Remove the pouch from the freezer and insert it into its cover or into a cloth before applying it to the area to be treated.

propylene glycol, hydroxyethyl cellulose, water, blue dye.
