Synergia Mag Boost 60 Tablets is a combination of liposomal magnesium, 3rd generation magnesium - highly absorbable and very well tolerated by the body, zinc and vitamin D, for a triple action on immunity, fatigue and nervousness.

Directions for use
- Attack phase to cover magnesium, zinc and vitamin D requirements: take 1 tablet, 3 times a day in the morning, at lunchtime and in the evening, for a minimum of 10 days or more depending on your needs.
- Maintenance phase: 1 to 2 tablets a day, modulating intake according to the situation (busier or less busy day, stress, sporting activity...).

Precautions for use
