Directions for use
Adults. Take 3 capsules a day, preferably in the morning and always with a meal and a large glass of water.

Precautions for use
Do not take on an empty stomach. Do not use if you are pregnant or breast-feeding. Do not use for children and teenagers under the age of 18. Do not consume several green tea preparations on the same day. Not recommended for smokers. Not recommended in cases of gastric or duodenal ulcers, cardiovascular disorders (hypertension, arrhythmia) or hyperthyroidism. Consult your doctor if you are taking anticoagulants or anti-platelet agents at the same time. It is recommended not to take the product before bedtime. Contains a maximum of 90 mg of epigallocatechin-3-gallate catechins per recommended daily dose. It is advisable to follow the recommended doses, eat a varied and balanced diet and lead a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of young children.

dehydrated acerola juice (fruit), fish gelatin capsule, ginkgo biloba (leaf), green tea extract (leaf), grape marc extract, bulking agent : calcium carbonate, natural vitamin e, selenium yeast, seaweed extract (dunaliella salina) source of natural carotenoids (carriers: fish gelatin, sucrose and olive oil, antioxidants: ascorbyl palmitate, extract rich in tocopherols), concentrated dehydrated bilberry juice (fruit), rice starch.
