Nutergia Ergy C 400 125 g is a dietary supplement in the exclusive form of vitamin C concentrated powder (1 dose = 400 mg vitamin C).

Ergy C 400 combines 2 forms of vitamin C:
- calcium L-ascorbate, a non-acidifying form of vitamin C.
- vitamin C of natural origin from acerola.Vitamins C and B2 help to protect cells against oxidative stress.
Vitamins C, B2, B3 and B6 help to reduce fatigue.

No colouring, no preservatives, no sweeteners.

When is it recommended?
Ergy C 400 may be recommended where there is a high need for vitamin C and to support the immune system.

Directions for use
One tablespoon-dose per day (approximately 1g) diluted in a glass of water (150 ml) or mix the powder directly into a compote. Children aged 3 to 10: half a teaspoon-dose a day and do not exceed the daily dose of 200 mg of vitamin C. 125g jar of powder (125 doses) = 4 months' use. 1 dose spoon of 1g included in the jar. Keep out of reach of children, at a temperature below 25°C and away from moisture.
