Directions for use
Adults. Take 1 single-dose a day, preferably with a meal. Shake before opening.

Not recommended for people suffering from diseases resulting in an abnormal accumulation of iron (haemochromatosis, polycythemia...). If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, ask your doctor for advice. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake, eat a varied and balanced diet and lead a healthy lifestyle.
