Sanofi Novanuit Triple Action 30 Tablets is a dietary supplement for adults only, with a triple action on sleep. It has:

- An action on the sleep phase thanks to melatonin, which helps to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. Its effectiveness is proven by taking 1 mg before bedtime.
- An action on sleep quality by reducing the number of night-time awakenings thanks to extracts of California poppy and lemon balm. Lemon balm extract is 100% of plant origin.
- An action for restful sleep thanks to passionflower extract.

No addiction, no dependency.

Directions for use
Take 1 tablet a day. Take before bed with a glass of water. One-off use as part of a 15-day or 30-day programme.
