Sanofi Novanuit Flash 20 Films is a dietary supplement with sweetener reserved for adults, to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep and the felt effects of jet lag.

Directions for use
Take 1 film a day. Easy to use. Melt 1 film on the tongue and swallow after dissolving in the mouth. No water required.

Difficulty falling asleep:
It is advisable to take it before bedtime. For occasional use. Repeat once if necessary.

Time difference :
It is advisable to take it 4 days after arrival (local time at destination). If you are travelling east, start taking it the day before departure at your local bedtime.
