Richelet Hair Skin Nails 30 Capsules is a dietary supplement rich in biotin and 6 essential minerals. It helps to renew cells and maintain healthy hair, skin and nails. This Richelet dietary supplement comes in capsule form and is based on a synergy of vitamins and minerals selected for their effects on hair, skin and nails. Biotin, for example, helps maintain normal hair. Next, vitamin A and zinc help maintain normal skin. Vitamin C contributes to the normal formation of the collagen needed for normal skin function. Thanks to selenium and zinc, Richelet Hair Skin Nails helps maintain normal nails. It also acts on cell renewal: vitamin D plays a role in the process of cell division and vitamin A plays a role in the process of cell specialisation. Finally, cellenium, composed of naturally-occurring vitamin E and organic selenium, completes the formula.

Directions for use
For adults only. 1 capsule a day with a glass of water, preferably after a meal. A course of treatment of at least 1 month is recommended.
