Directions for use
Take 2 tablets, 1 time a day with a meal.

Composition
beer yeast (saccharomyces cerevisiae) (2000 mg) bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), zinc citrate, coating agents (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, polydextrose, gum arabic, medium-chain triglycerides), anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), vitamin b8 (d-biotin).
