Puressentiel Organic Vegetable Oil Nigella 50 ml is obtained by first cold pressing the seeds of the fruits. Yellow to greenish-brown in colour, this oil has a sweet, oily scent.

Directions for use
Use Nigella vegetable oil occasionally, without heating it. Take a maximum of 2 ml (42 drops) a day.

Precautions for use
Store black cumin vegetable oil away from light, air and heat. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. It is not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children. The unrefined oil of this plant obtained by cold pressing is unstable and in high doses is not suitable for consumption by vulnerable groups including: children and teenagers under the age of 18, pregnant or breastfeeding women.
