Puressentiel Essential Oil Siberian Fir 5 ml has a very characteristic woody scent. Native to Siberia, it is the most widespread species of fir in Russia.

Directions for use
Take a maximum of 2 drops of oil 3 times a day (i.e. 0.19 ml) on a neutral Puressentiel tablet (or 1 teaspoon of honey, olive oil, or 1/4 sugar).

Precautions for use
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Siberian Fir essential oil is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not use undiluted or mix with water. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use on children under the age of 7, on pregnant women (especially during the first 3 months of pregnancy) or those who are breast-feeding, on people with a history of convulsive or epileptic disorders and on people who are allergic to essential oils. For people undergoing medical treatment and children over the age of 7, consult a health specialist. Store away from light, air and heat.
