Puressentiel Essential Oil Mountain Savory Organic 5 ml has a spicy, peppery scent.

Directions for use
Take a maximum of 2 drops of mountain savory essential oil 3 times a day (i.e. 0.2 ml) on a neutral Puressentiel tablet (or 1 teaspoon of honey, olive oil, or 1/4 sugar).

Precautions for use
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Savory essential oil is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Avoid prolonged use. Do not use mountain savory essential oil undiluted or mixed with water. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use on children under the age of 7, on pregnant or breast-feeding women, on people with a history of convulsive or epileptic disorders and on people allergic to essential oils. For people undergoing medical treatment and children over the age of 7, consult a health specialist. Store away from light, air and heat.
