Pranarôm Vegetable Oil Wheat Germ 50 ml is an oil rich in vitamin E to combat ageing. A little thick, this oil smells of bread and cereals. It is a little difficult to preserve and it is advisable to consume it as soon as possible after opening.

Directions for use
- Oral use: 10 g (1 tablespoon) a day. Rich in fat-soluble vitamins.

Precautions for use
Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of reach of young children. Not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Store away from heat and light.

Composition
One sixth monounsaturated fatty acids (omega 9). Two-thirds polyunsaturated fatty acids (omega 6). A small amount of saturated fatty acids. Lots of antioxidant vitamin E. Vitamin K and carotenoids.
