Phytoresearch Shilajit B5 30 Capsules is a dietary supplement combining vitamin B5 with shilajit. The synergy of Shilajit and vitamin B5 is particularly interesting for people who are tired, have a loss of energy or are physically or mentally overworked, for sportspeople and/or active people, but also for people looking for a natural and valuable energiser.

Instructions for use
- Attack phase: take 2 capsules a day for 1 week, with a full glass of water and preferably with a meal.
- Maintenance phase: take 1 capsule a day with a full glass of water, preferably with a meal.

Precautions for use
