Directions for use
Take 3 to 6 tablets a day with a large glass of water. It is recommended to gradually increase the daily intake of tablets. Start with 1 tablet in the morning and 1 tablet at lunchtime for the first 2 days, then gradually increase to 6 tablets a day.
