Oligobs Pregnancy 30 Tablets + 30 Capsules is specially formulated to provide pregnant women with the daily amount of micronutrients required for a healthy pregnancy, as a supplement to their diet.

Directions for use
1 tablet and 1 capsule of omega 3 per day, preferably in the evening, to be swallowed with a glass of water. Supplementation can be taken throughout pregnancy right up to childbirth.

Precautions for use
For adults only. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. Store away from moisture and heat. Food supplements should be used as part of a healthy lifestyle and not as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.
