Directions for use
2 to 3 capsules per day with a meal, depending on the advice of the health professional. Keep out of reach of children, at a temperature below 25°C and away from moisture.

Precautions for use
Medical advice recommended if taking anti-coagulants (turmeric), medication or liver disease (turmeric). Do not use in case of gallstones, gastric or duodenal ulcers (harpagophytum). Not recommended for pregnant or breast-feeding women (bamboo) or children under 18 (turmeric). Not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily allowance.
