Nutergia Ergystress Seren 60 Capsules is a dietary supplement based on L-tryptophan, rhodiola, vitamins and minerals. Ergystress Seren contains tryptophan, a neuromediator of the nervous system. Rhodiola helps the body adapt to temporary emotional stress and improve mood. Magnesium and vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6, B8 and C contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
