Nutergia Ergyonagre 60 capsules is made from unrefined virgin evening primrose oil, obtained by simple mechanical cold pressing, a guarantee of quality. The oil thus retains all the benefits of its constituents and helps to ensure an intake of polyunsaturated fatty acids beneficial to women, particularly in the case of disorders linked to the cycle and at skin level. The beneficial effect is obtained for a consumption of 6000 mg of evening primrose oil.

When is it recommended?
Ergyonagre may be recommended for female balance, to better manage female discomforts during menstrual cycles, and to maintain beautiful, healthy skin. Ergyonagre is compatible with pregnancy, particularly in the first trimester of pregnancy to cover omega-6 needs. From the 4th month, a balanced intake of omega-6 and omega-3 is recommended, in which case Synerbiol, which contains these 2 fatty acids, is preferred.

Directions for use
2 to 3 capsules a day with meals. Take by mouth only. Keep out of reach of children, at a temperature below 25°C and away from moisture.
