Directions for use
Oral route.
- The day before or the first day of your period: 1 capsule to be taken with a glass of water.
- During your period: 1 to 3 capsules per day depending on the intensity of your discomfort, with a glass of water.
In the event of very intense discomfort, up to 3 capsules per day can be taken in a single dose. Depending on the intensity of your discomfort and the dose taken each cycle, a box of 10 capsules will last for 1 to 2 months and a box of 30 capsules for 3 to 6 months.

Precautions for use
Restricted to women and girls aged 12 and over. Not recommended for pregnant women, women taking anti-coagulants or anti-platelet aggregation drugs and in case of allergy to Asteraceae.
