Nutergia ErgyNuit Strong Sleep 60 Capsules contains a combination of herbs, melatonin at an enhanced dosage, vitamins and magnesium. It is reinforced in melatonin and provides 1.9 mg per day (2 capsules). Melatonin helps you fall asleep more quickly (the beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin just before bedtime). It contains eschscholtzia, a plant that helps to improve the quality of natural sleep. This means that it helps to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep, to get a decent amount of sleep, to be in better shape when you wake up and to avoid waking up at night.

Directions for use
Take 2 capsules a day, before bedtime. Keep out of reach of children, at T° < 25° C and away from moisture.

Precautions for use
For adults only. Not recommended for pregnant or breast-feeding women (eschscholtzia and melatonin) or for people suffering from inflammatory or auto-immune diseases (melatonin). The advice of a health professional is recommended for people suffering from epilepsy, asthma, mood, personality or behavioural disorders, or taking medication (melatonin).
