Nutergia ErgyNuit Sleep 60 Capsules is a dietary supplement based on melatonin, plants, vitamins and magnesium. It is a formula combining melatonin, plants, vitamins and minerals. This dietary supplement is particularly suitable for people:
- who want to get a good night's sleep.
- who are planning a trip with jet lag.
- who work shifted hours (2 x 8hours, 3x 8hours or with early morning shifts, or who change every week).
- who need to adjust to ‘classic’ bedtimes.

Directions for use
Take 2 capsules a day, before bedtime. Keep out of reach of children, at T° < 25° C and away from moisture.

Precautions for use
For adults only. Not recommended for pregnant or breast-feeding women (eschscholtzia and melatonin) or for people suffering from inflammatory or auto-immune diseases (melatonin). The advice of a health professional is recommended for people suffering from epilepsy, asthma, mood, personality or behavioural disorders, or taking medication (melatonin). It should only be taken occasionally. Risk of drowsiness. Falling asleep: the beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin just before bedtime. Jet lag: the beneficial effect is obtained by taking 0.5 mg of melatonin just before bedtime on the first day of travel, and for a few days after arrival at your destination. It is not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Composition
magnesium hydroxide and carbonate, cherry juice powder (prunus cerasus l.) standardised for melatonin, extracts of eschscholtzia (eschscholzia californica cham.) and passionflower (passiflora incarnata l.), bulking agents: acacia fibres, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; magnesium bisglycinate, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; vitamins b5 (calcium d-pantothenate), b6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), b9 (calcium l-methylfolate) and b12 (methylcobalamin). vegetable capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose).
