Nutergia Ergycébé 90 Capsules is a unique multivitamin complex in a pullulan (derived from tapioca) vegetarian capsule. The formula contains 12 vitamins, including all the B group vitamins, and 2 minerals. Vitamins B2, B5, B6, B9 and C help to reduce fatigue, while vitamins B2, C, E and zinc help to protect cells against oxidative stress. 1 single capsule covers 100% of the reference intake of vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B8, B9, C, D and E. Allergen-free, colouring-free.

When is it recommended?
Ergycébé may be recommended during periods of fatigue or low energy and when a vitamin boost is needed.

Directions for use
- Adults: 1 to 2 capsule(s) per day.
- Children aged 10 and over and teenagers: 1 capsule per day.
