Nutergia Ergycapil 3 x 90 Capsules is a synergy of amino acids and nutrients to provide strength, resistance and vitality to hair and nails.

When is it recommended?
Ergycapil may be recommended to strengthen dull, weakened hair with a tendency to fall out and to fortify streaked and brittle nails.

Directions for use
Take 3 capsules a day, with a large glass of water (150 ml). Recommended for 3 months, several times a year, particularly at the change of season, during temporary fatigue and post-pregnancy (excluding breast-feeding). For adults only

Precautions for use
Not recommended for pregnant or breast-feeding women. In the event of blood tests, inform the doctor and laboratory that you are taking vitamin B8. Take a 2-month break after 3 months' use. Each jar contains a dehydrating capsule which should not be ingested. Not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children, at T° < 25° C and away from moisture.

l-cysteine, l-methionine, l-lysine, l-arginine, zinc gluconate, maltodextrin, iron bisglycinate, vitamins c (l-ascorbic acid), b3 (nicotinamide), b5 (calcium pantothenate), b6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), b8 (d-biotin) and d (cholecalciferol), manganese gluconate, anti-caking agent : magnesium salts of fatty acids. capsule: fish gelatin.
