Directions for use
In a bain-marie to use hot, in the fridge or freezer to use cold. Supplied with a protective cover.

Precautions for use
Do not apply without a protective cover. Do not use on fragile skin. Check the temperature of the cushion with the back of your hand before application.

Composition
propylene glycol and methylcellulose gel. polyester pouch. the gel contained in the cushion is non-toxic and 99% biodegradable.
