Directions for use
Oral route. 1 capsule morning and evening (i.e. 400 mg of Echinacea extract per day) to be taken with a large glass of water.

Precautions for use
For adults only. Do not use if you have a history of asthma, are allergic to plants in the Asteraceae family or suffer from auto-immune diseases. This dietary supplement should be taken as part of a varied, balanced diet and as part of a healthy lifestyle. Respect the recommended daily doses.
