Directions for use
Oral route. Take 2 capsules a day, separately during the day, with a large glass of water. It is advisable to drink at least 1.5 litres of water a day. From the age of 12.

Precautions for use
Restricted to adult women and teenagers over the age of 12. Pregnant women: take occasionally on the advice of a doctor or pharmacist. If you have kidney problems or are taking anticoagulants, seek the advice of a health professional. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children.
