Lehning Meno-Nature 60 Tablets supports women during the menopause. Hot flushes, sweating, restlessness, irritability, this natural phenomenon is punctuated by many changes. An important period in a woman's life, the menopause affects the whole body and disrupts hormonal activity, affecting anxiety and emotional balance in particular.

Directions for use
Take 1 to 2 tablets a day, preferably in the morning and evening with meals, with a glass of water. A 2-month programme is recommended, to be repeated if necessary. Allow a break of 3 to 4 weeks between each renewal.

Precautions for use
Dietary supplement not recommended for people with liver problems. Not recommended for pregnant or breast-feeding women. For adult women only. Do not exceed the stated daily dose.

Composition
Maca extract (lepidium meyenii walp. ) (root), bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, anti-caking agent: dicalcium phosphate, bacopa extract (bacopa monnieri l.) (whole plant), anti-caking agent: tricalcium phosphate, cimicifuga extract (cimicifuga racemosa l. nutt.) (root and rhizome), zinc citrate, maritime pine extract (pinus pinaster aiton) (bark) titrated in procyanidolic oligomers, niacin (vitamin b3), anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate, vitamin e (natural origin), vitamin b6, riboflavin (vitamin b2).
