Mag 2 24H Extra Fort 45 tablets is the most concentrated magnesium formula to help fight fatigue and nervousness effectively.

Mag 2 24H Extra Fort, the magnesium expert, offers a formula containing taurine and vitamin D. It contains a high dose of magnesium and is enriched with B6 for enhanced action on fatigue and nervousness in just one dose a day. Magnesium also acts on muscle fatigue.

With its triple source of magnesium, Mag 2 24H Extra Fort provides the maximum daily dose of magnesium to optimise its effectiveness. The formula contains magnesium oxide, magnesium glycerophosphate and magnesium carbonate.

Thanks to the prolonged release of the tablet, the three forms of magnesium combined with vitamins B6, D and taurine are gradually released into the body. This ensures better, regular and sustained absorption over time, for action throughout the day with optimum effectiveness.

Directions for use
For adults only. Take 1 tablet a day, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Excessive consumption may cause laxative effects.

Precautions for use
Do not take if allergic to any of the ingredients. Do not take if you have severe renal insufficiency. This dietary supplement is not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a dry place, away from light and at a temperature below 25°C.

marine magnesium (in the form of magnesium oxide, magnesium carbonate (sulphites) and magnesium glycerophosphates), anti-caking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, tricalcium phosphates, dicalcium phosphates, magnesium salts of fatty acids, bulking agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, taurine, vitamin b6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin d (cholecalciferol).
