Directions for use
1 capsule in the evening, to be taken 45 minutes before bedtime, with a large glass of water.

Precautions for use
For adults only. Not recommended for pregnant or breast-feeding women. Not recommended in the event of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients or in the event of known cross-allergy, particularly to plants of the Asteraceae family.
