Directions for use
Take 1 tablet, 1 time a day 30 minutes before bedtime for 1 month.

Precautions for use
A dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. Excessive consumption may have laxative effects. Not recommended for pregnant or breast-feeding women or children without medical advice.
