Directions for use
To enjoy the full flavour and properties of the plants in your infusion, pour simmering water over one teabag and drink 2 to 3 cups per day. Leave to infuse for 4 minutes before drinking, preferably in the evening after a meal.

Precautions for use
Meadowsweet contains salicylates. It is recommended that you follow a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Any weight loss programme should be accompanied by a balanced diet (including all food groups; at least 5 different fruits and vegetables per day) combined with drinking around 1.5 litres of water and regular physical activity. Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women or in cases of hyperthyroidism.
