Weleda Birch Elixir 200 ml is a natural dietary supplement with organic birch leaf extract that helps to promote elimination functions.
Directions for use
Stir before use. Recommended daily dose: 3 tablespoons (i.e. 3 x 15 ml) per day. Dilute 1 tablespoon in 500 ml of water, repeat 3 times a day and take at regular intervals throughout the day.
Precautions for use
Not recommended for people with allergies to salicylates. Follow the period of taking Weleda Organic Birch Juice with a period of equivalent duration (3 weeks) with Weleda Sea Buckthorn Juice to strengthen and revitalise the body.
