Granions Vitality 30 Tablets is a dietary supplement to help the body cope during periods or situations that increase the body's needs such as: seasonal changes, the winter period, temporary tiredness, sustained physical or intellectual activity.

Directions for use
Orally: 2 tablets a day with a large glass of water, preferably in the morning with breakfast. 15-day programme to be repeated before and throughout the winter period.

Precautions for use
This supplement should be taken as part of a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of reach of young children. This dietary supplement is not a medicine. Children, pregnant and breast-feeding women and people on anti-hypertensive or hypothyroid treatment should not take this product without consulting their doctor.
