Granions Melatonin 1 mg 60 Capsules helps to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep.

Directions for use
Oral route. Take 1 capsule with a large glass of water half an hour before bedtime. Repeat on subsequent days as required.

Precautions for use
Do not exceed the recommended dose. This supplement should be taken as part of a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of young children. Not recommended for pregnant and breast-feeding women, children and teenagers, people suffering from inflammatory or autoimmune diseases and people who have to carry out activities requiring increased vigilance, in whom drowsiness could pose a safety problem.
