Granions Turmeric 30 Capsules contributes to the formation of cartilage. Manganese contributes to the normal formation of connective tissue (cartilage).

Directions for use
Take 1 capsule a day with a glass of water, preferably in the morning with breakfast.

Precautions for use
Do not exceed the recommended dose. Consume this supplement as part of a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of young children. Curcumin inhibits platelet aggregation. Not recommended for people on anti-coagulant therapy (curcumin). In general, pregnant and breast-feeding women are advised to consult a health professional before taking any supplements. Prolonged use is not recommended (Manganese).
