Granions Somdor+ Melatonin 15 Tablets has been specially formulated for all those concerned by sleep problems linked to shifted rhythms such as travellers, night workers... This dietary supplement is designed to make it easier for you to fall asleep and reduce the effects of jet lag. It helps you get back to a natural, restorative sleep by acting on your sleep-wake rhythm.

Directions for use
On the first day, take one tablet with a full glass of water half an hour before bedtime. Repeat on subsequent days as required.

Precautions for use
This dietary supplement should be taken as part of a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of reach of young children. Not recommended for pregnant and breast-feeding women, children and teenagers, epileptics, asthmatics, people suffering from mood, behaviour or personality disorders, people who have to carry out activities requiring sustained vigilance where drowsiness could pose a safety problem, people suffering from inflammatory or auto-immune diseases (melatonin). In general, the use of food supplements containing melatonin in combination with medication should be discussed with a doctor or pharmacist. It is not recommended for use by children under the age of 12 (valerian), or in the case of a personal or family history of hormone-dependent cancer (hops). This dietary supplement is not a medicine.
