Granions Somdor+ 30 Tablets make it easier to fall asleep for a natural, restorative sleep. Granions Somdor+ helps you rediscover natural, restorative sleep, particularly during periods of stress. Its reinforced formula is a combination of several active ingredients:
- cyrascos, an exclusive lemon balm extract which has been the subject of clinical studies, helps you to fall asleep naturally. It halves initial insomnia after 15 days of use.
- plants with virtues traditionally recognised for their benefits in helping you fall asleep and get a good night's sleep. Valerian and hawthorn have a relaxing effect, making it easier to fall asleep and helping to prevent tiredness. Passionflower helps maintain a natural, deep sleep. Hops, combined with Valerian extract, helps to limit nervous states and restore calm and restful sleep.
- L-tryptophan, an essential amino acid, is the precursor of melatonin, the sleep hormone, and serotonin.
- Magnesium, an essential trace element, is involved in the mechanisms that reduce irritability.
- Vitamin B6 is an essential source of energy.

Directions for use
Take 2 tablets, 1 with dinner and 1 just before bedtime, as required or as part of a 15-day programme. Repeat if necessary
