Granions Sleep Chrono 30 Tablets is an innovative solution to promote rapid sleep onset and quality sleep. Its unique formula combines a high dose of melatonin (1.9 mg) with the GABAGlycine complex and three relaxing plants: passionflower, valerian and California poppy. This synergy of active ingredients is specially formulated to help you fall asleep faster and enjoy restful sleep, without addiction or dependency.

Directions for use
Take 1 two-capsule tablet a day, approximately 30 minutes before bedtime, with a large glass of water. Recommended programme of 2 weeks for optimal results.

Composition
bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, valerian extract (valeriana officinalis l.), gaba (gamma-aminobutyric acid), passionflower extract (passiflora incarnata l.), stabiliser: hydroxypropylcellulose, glycine, Californian poppy extract (eschscholtzia californica cham.), vitamin b3, stabilisers: magnesium salts of fatty acids - hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, bulking agent: potato starch, anti-caking agent: calcium silicate, melatonin, vitamin b6, stabiliser: stearic acid.
