Granions Restor' 60 Capsules promotes a balanced diet between omega-6 and omega-3 (EPA and DHA, which are essential for healthy brain function) and provides trace elements such as magnesium and selenium.

Granions Restor' combines several active ingredients in its formula:
The omega-3s used in Granions Restor' contain the essential fatty acids EPA and DHA. DHA is a major fatty acid found in the structure of brain tissue and the central nervous system. Its intake helps to restore the balance between omega-6 and omega-3 in the brain to promote nerve transmission and thus contribute to healthy brain function.

Directions for use
Take 4 capsules a day, in one or two doses, preferably at the start of a meal. Minimum 2-month programme. Doses may be reduced to 2 capsules a day after 2 months.
