Forté Pharma Hydra Forté Hydration Booster Red Fruits 24 Tablets promotes the absorption of water by the body and compensates for the loss of mineral salts. It is particularly suitable for athletes, senior citizens and young children aged 3 and over! Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance and normal energy metabolism.

Directions for use
- Children aged 3 and over : 1 effervescent tablet per day.
- Adults : 2 effervescent tablets per day to be dissolved in a large glass of water (200 ml).
