Ferrotone Original Natural Iron 28 Sachets is naturally sourced iron-rich water from the mountains of Snowdonia, Wales - nothing else has been added. Iron contributes to a normal energy metabolism, maintaining a normal immune system and reducing fatigue and exhaustion. It is suitable for the whole family (children over 3), including pregnant women.

Directions for use
- Adults and children over 3: 1 sachet per day.
- Pregnant women: 2 sachets per day.

It can be added to fruit juice rich in vitamin C to increase iron absorption and improve taste. Preferably taken on an empty stomach.
