Directions for use
Take 2 tablets in the morning and at lunchtime before meals for 30 days. Renewable 2 times.

Precautions for use
This dietary supplement should be used as part of a healthy lifestyle and should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. As a general rule, pregnant and breast-feeding women should be advised to consult a health professional before taking any supplements. Daily consumption of epigallocatechin 3-gallate should not exceed 800 mg from all sources. Should not be taken if you are taking other products containing green tea on the same day. Should not be consumed by pregnant or breast-feeding women or by children under the age of 18. Should not be taken on an empty stomach (green tea). Contains ascophyllum: not recommended for people taking anticoagulants or suffering from thyroid disorders, due to the presence of iodine.
